Acceptance of terms
By accessing gradmire.in or using any Gradmire service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gradmire Education Pvt. Ltd. ("Gradmire", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013. Our registered address is World Trade
Tower, Barakhamba Lane, New Delhi – 110 001, India.

Service scope
Gradmire provides study-abroad guidance and advisory services to Indian students, including:
- University shortlisting based on academic profile, budget, and preferences
- Application documentation review and guidance
- Visa process guidance (we do not act as a licensed immigration agent)
- Scholarship discovery and application support
- Online tools including the ROI Calculator, Deadline Tracker, and Course Comparator
- Consultation sessions (free and paid; fees and refunds are set out in our Refund & Fees Policy)
- Alumni network connections (subject to mutual consent of alumni)
Gradmire is an education advisory service, not a recruitment agency, immigration adviser, or legal counsel. We do not make binding commitments on behalf of any university or visa authority.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to independently use our services and enter into these Terms. Students below 18 may use our services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the student's
behalf.
By using our services, you confirm that: (a) you are 18 or older, or have parental/guardian consent; and (b) all information you provide is accurate and complete.

No admission guarantee
Important: Gradmire does not guarantee admission to any university, issuance of a visa, award of a scholarship, or any specific outcome from using our services.
University admissions depend on factors entirely outside our control, including a university's internal criteria, application volumes, policy changes, and individual assessment decisions. Any examples of past student placements are illustrative
only and do not imply that similar outcomes will be achieved.
Our ROI Calculator and other tools provide estimates based on publicly available data and general assumptions. They are intended as guides only and should not be treated as financial advice.

Your obligations
When using Gradmire services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information — including academic credentials, test scores, and financial capacity
- Not misrepresent your qualifications, identity, or any documents submitted through or with our assistance
- Not use our platform to scrape data, test automated tools, or reverse-engineer our services
- Not upload, submit, or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
- Comply with the terms of any university you apply to and any visa conditions you accept
Breach of these obligations may result in termination of your access to our services without notice.

Intellectual property
All content on gradmire.in — including text, graphics, tool code, data compilations, branding, and the Gradmire logo — is the property of Gradmire Education Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under the Copyright Act 1957 and applicable intellectual
property law.
You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

Third-party links & services
Our website may contain links to university websites, scholarship portals, government immigration pages, and other third-party services. These links are provided for convenience only. Gradmire does not endorse, control, or take responsibility
for the accuracy, terms, or privacy practices of any third-party website.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms, and we encourage you to review them independently.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:
- Gradmire's services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose
- Gradmire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of admission opportunity, visa refusal costs, or financial losses, arising from your use of our services
- Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to Gradmire in the three months preceding the claim
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gradmire Education Pvt. Ltd. and its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Any false or misleading information you have provided
- Your infringement of any third-party rights

Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issue informally. You may also raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer (see Grievance page).

Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date and, for material changes, notify registered users by email. Your continued use of our services after the effective
date of a revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
