What you can ask for

• A copy of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it
• Correction of anything inaccurate or incomplete
• Deletion of your data, except records we must keep by law (for example tax records, kept for 7 years)
• Withdrawing consent, including unsubscribing from emails. Every marketing email also has a one-click unsubscribe link
• Nominating someone to act for you

How it works

We reply within 30 days, free of charge. We may ask you to confirm your identity, usually by replying from the email address you used with us. Parents and guardians can make requests for a student under 18.

If you are not satisfied with our reply, contact our Grievance Officer, and then the Data Protection Board of India.

What we hold

Our Privacy Policy lists the data we collect and why. Items stored only in your browser are described in our Cookie Policy; you can clear those yourself at any time.
